Kenta Koide

president

Kenta Koide became a TPCA´s president on 2nd fo Janury 2013. He studied Economics at Nagoya University and joined Toyota Motor Corporation shortly after graduating in 1983. He entered the Personnel division where he was in charge of human resources and labour relations. In 1990 he was posted to the Business Development Division where he was engaged in the establishment of new businesses utilizing the strength of Toyota’s know how and technology. In 1999 he was assigned to the Turkey project as a manager aiming to establish a new export base for the European market which is now Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey. Due to the wealth of knowledge and experience gained for the establishment of new venture projects he was appointed Manager of the B-zero Project Department, Europe Division in 2002. After 2 years he was promoted to General Manager of that Department and B-zero Project Leader. Then he was dispatched to TPCA as Senior General Manager of Administration from 2005 to the end of 2007. On his return back to Toyota, he was assigned to the Production Engineering Division for 3 years and then General Manager of Administration at Honsha Plant for 2 years and through this he has accumulated experience of both Production Engineering and Manufacturing. His experience from 2002 onwards is the background to his second expatriation to TPCA.

 

Born in July 1959, in AichiPrefecture, Mr. Koide has a wife and two children. His favourite pastimes are outdoor activities including running, skiing and mountain climbing.

Patricie Le Guyader

Patrice Le Guyader graduated in business law at Paris University. He has been working for PSA Peugeot Citroën group for 22 years, mainly in the manufacturing side. TPCA Czech is not his first experience abroad. He worked for British factory of Peugeot Motor Company in the nineties. He has also experience with joint-ventures of PSA Peugeot Citroën group with Fiat and Renault. Mr. Le Guyader comes to TPCA as Executive Vice President from the position of human resource director of PSA Peugeot Citroën group for the planning and talent development. „I’m really keen on being a team member of TPCA, company with the excellent reputation in the European car manufacturing industry,“ said the new executive vice president Patrice Le Guyader. Ha a wife and twi children.
