Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile today celebrates the production of its one millionth vehicle. TPCA produce models Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 107 and Citroën C1. Success of TPCA models in the European market highlights short time for producing of millionth vehicle – just three years and nine months. Its production line is one of the fastest facilities around the world.

The milestone car with production number 1,000,000 - red Citroën C1, 5-door version - will be handed to Kolin city. „We decided to give our millionth vehicle to Kolin city. We very appreciate close cooperation with local representatives and I am sure that they have involvement on our success,“ said president of TPCA Yasuhiro Takahashi.

The milestone vehicle in extremely short time is the result of successful collaboration between the two global automakers - Toyota Motor Corporation and PSA Peugeot Citroën. This range of small, entry-level vehicles provide an economical and ecological transport solution particularly well suited to recent changes in the European market.
