TPCA has agreed on a new collective agreement

12.04.2013

The Kolín car manufacturer TPCA Toyota Peugeot Citroën has agreed with the trade union on new conditions in the new collective agreement. The aim of this year’s negotiation was to focus on the stability of working conditions even in the current most difficult period for the company historically. The result of the agreement is a wage increase of 400 crowns for all workers with a tariff wage.

For the largest group of employees it means an increase in wages by 1.9 percent. Along with the increase of salary to employees there will also be an increase in supplements, individual premiums and a corporate bonus. The totals of their wages will increase by nearly CZK 500 per month.

The new collective agreement is also extending the extra amount of compensation in case of dismissal for redundancy and extra guarantee of pay in the benefit program. In addition, the company will reward employees for working at the company after 10 or 15 years in the amount of 5,000 crowns. The same amount is given as a reward to employees after 5 years at the company. All of these points are valid as of April 1st, 2013.
