TPCA opened a general practitioner’s office
Today, a new general practitioner’s office of TPCA in the area of Kolín hospital was opened. The doctor’s office is the first of projects emerging from cooperation of two largest employers in the region of Kolín – the car manufacturer TPCA and Regional Hospital Kolín, which was affirmed last month by entering into a cooperation agreement. TPCA financially supported establishment of the new doctor’s office and will cover its operation expenses. The hospital provided suitable premises.
„Satisfaction of our employees is very important to us. We require high productivity and quality of work; on the other hand, we want to provide above-standard conditions in all aspects of life,“ says the vice president of TPCA in charge of manufacturing, Jiří Černý.
„We are negotiating with the Kolín hospital on other forms of cooperation as well. The general practitioner will be available to our employees as well as their family members. After an employee of ours moves to the region of Kolín, there are only few opportunities to arrange for complex medical care for himself and his family,“ Vadim Petrov, the car manufacturer’s HR director, explained the reasons for opening the doctor’s office. Moreover, TPCA will cover the regulatory fees for its employees visiting the plant’s practitioner.
„Employees of the car plant will have the opportunity to rely on 28 specialized departments of the hospital in Kolín,“ MUDr. Luděk Rubáš, director of Regional Hospital Kolín, said at today’s opening ceremony. The practitioner’s office is located within the area of the hospital, in premises of the former diabetic clinic.
