TPCA opens a new recruitment centre

The Kolín car manufacturing company has officially opened its new recruitment centre on Jaselská street in Kolín today. After five years, the office has moved into a modern and bright space, where its advantage is a strategic location near the train and bus station and the main road of Praha - Brno. The new recruitment centre houses 18 people.

According to statistics an average of 250 job seekers attend TPCA interviews every month. Approximately 900 people call the green line every month.

TPCA employs 3,500 employees, with 92 % of them work in production. The number of foreign managers and engineers has decreased from year to year.
In March, a collective agreement was signed, as a result wages increased by 7.5 %. The average salary for a workers' positions at the moment is CZK 23, 100.

Since April 1st, under the new system of employee benefits – Z-Account, 830 employees have come set or change their benefits. Z- Account is a virtual account for each employee to which the company sends a certain number of points monthly (the lowest working position is up 3,000 points). One point represents one crown. Among the favourites of new long-term benefits are contribution to a building savings account and leasing new Toyota, Peugeot and Citroën cars. The most popular short-term employee benefits, according to statistics, are using their points in pharmacies and for sport activities.
