Joint statement of TPCA and  KOVO TPCA Trade Union .

On October 26th, 2004, the basic organization KOVO TPCA Trade Union was established and immediately relations between the employer and the union were established.

TPCA and KOVO TPCA Trade Union define the principle of mutual coexistence and cooperation together as, "Only a successful and profitable company can meet the long-term interests of employees. Only satisfied employees can ensure the success of the company."

TPCA perceives unions as a natural part of the relationship between the employee and the employer. The company's management is committed to provide the union with all the necessary means to carry out its mission and negotiate with the union on the basis of mutual respect, trust and honesty.

The purpose of the basic organization KOVO TPCA Trade Union is to represent the legitimate interests of all employees and contribute to the dialogue between employees and employers.
