PSA Peugeot Citroën change the position of Executive Vice-President

16.06.2011

It’s going to the regular change of person in charge of executive vice president and representatives of PSA Peugeot Citroën in car manufacturer TPCA Kolin. Mr. Bernard Million-Rousseau is coming back to mother company PSA Peugeot Citroën after the more than three years in TPCA. New executive vice president of TPCA, Mr. Patrice Le Guyader will be in charge from July 1.

Bernard Million-Rousseau has joined TPCA in April 2008. Its mission ends on June 30, 2011. He sees three years in TPCA as very interesting part of his career. „It wasn’t easy time. We produced one millionth car and innovate the models in December 2008. Sales passed the records and TPCA increased the capacity. Then the economical drop had begun and car makers had to deal with sales drop in 2009. Not in TPCA where thanks to scrapping incentives demand was high. But incentives finished and TPCA had to reduce the production in 2010. And what I leave with? When people comings from various cultures like Czech, Japanese and French are willing to closely work and develop together with a strong team spirit the success is obvious. From the personal point of view I’m impressed by the huge amount of historical relics. For example by Kolin synagogue, Český Krumlov, Kutná Hora, Opočno, Hradec Králové, historical Telč, Prague and others,” introduce his memories from trips among the Czech Republic. Now Mr. Million-Rousseau goes back to France to work on new international project of PSA Peugeot Citroën group.

Patrice Le Guyader graduated in business law at Paris University. He has been working for PSA Peugeot Citroën group for 22 years, mainly in the manufacturing side. TPCA Czech is not his first experience abroad. He worked for British factory of Peugeot Motor Company in the nineties. He has also experience with joint-ventures of PSA Peugeot Citroën group with Fiat and Renault. Mr. Le Guyader comes to TPCA as Executive Vice President from the position of human resource director of PSA Peugeot Citroën group for the planning and talent development. „I’m really keen on being a team member of TPCA, company with the excellent reputation in the European car manufacturing industry,“ said the new executive vice president Patrice Le Guyader
